Marble board
Marble board
inscribed on both sides
From Petrovina Turopoljska (most probably from Andautonia (Ščitarjevo).
A late 1st c. honorary inscription to the patron of Andautonia, Lucius Funisulanus, which enables the supposition that Andutonia at that time enjoyed the status of a municipium. The first explicit mention of the fact is on the other side of the board, dated to 2nd-3rd c. Below the relief of the goddess Nemesis there is a votive inscription mentioning a municipal delegate Julius Victorinus.
