Greek and Roman collection was over time, thanks to a large number of excavations conducted from the 19th c. onwards, together with donations and purchases, enriched by a large number of Roman everyday objects, used in a number of everyday activities conducted in the period.

The visitors can thus see elements of wear – from jewellery to functional parts, domestic objects, for example vessels (glass, ceramic and metal), products of craft, tools, as well as objects made for play and fun. Certain sections inform the visitor on Roman medicine and pharmacy, different craft and industrial activities, and trade.
