Roman military equipment

The Museum keeps an important collection of Roman military equipment and weapons. In the display these objects are presented in a chronological order, from the Late Republican period and Roman conquest of our territories until the Late Antiquity and the fall of the Roman Empire. The exhibits include various types of Roman weaponry and protective equipment, as well as elements of military outfits and a number of epigraphic monuments of military nature.
