The central part of the permanent display of money and medals consists of 30 vertically positioned frames, three of them per a swivel . In them only a small part of the rich numismatic collection is displayed. Standing laterally, next to the sources of light, it is necessary to turn the frames so that one could best perceive the beauty and variety of the money and medals. In the first six frames we find displayed Old-Greek money classified and ordered according to various Greek regions along the Mediterranean.
