In the Museum’s Collection of Stone Monuments, opened to the public in 1987, there are stone monuments presented from the time of the Roman Empire from the 1st to the 4th century A.D.
The majority of monuments originate from the Danube-basin and Pannonian regions. However, monuments from the Croatian southern, Adriatic areas are represented in considerable amounts but there are also monuments of foreign origin.
