Silver jewellery
Silver jewellery
Silver jewellery and somewhat more rarely golden jewellery was favoured jewellery, though not accessible to everyone, for the attire of the Late Iron Age. A chainlet with a medallion in the shape of a woman's head from Sisak, and especially the set with a pair of massive fibulae and a big brooch for the belt from Jarak, manufactures according to the model from the Dacian area, are wonderful examples of craftsmanship of the 2nd to 1st centuries B.C.
